Biography: Rich brings a wealth of experience to Cashroom having worked in customer success in commercial real estate, predominantly within financial services for over 15 years before moving into Head of Onboarding in the professional services sector. Rich also brings experience of working in accountancy and data management. His role at Cashroom includes working with our service teams to ensure the smooth running of our service delivery, working closely with our teams and clients to maintain and improve the overall customer experience for clients, ensuring our service remains industry best. As part of our operational team, Rich also assists with our operational strategy at Cashroom.
