Biography: Peter first joined Cashroom in early 2022 as Service Delivery Manager having previously worked at BT, Vodafone, QVC, Slater & Gordon and Pure Business Group. Peter has extensive experience managing large Contact Centres and internal support functions, delivering long term planning projections right through to real time delivery. Peter is passionate about the wider support strategy that underpins both customer/user experience which includes Resource Planning, Quality Adherence, Training and Customer journey. Peter is now Head of Resource Planning at Cashroom working across a range of products and ensuring client accounts have the right resource.
Favourite thing to do outside of work
Outside of work Peter enjoys spending time with his family, food, DIY, gaming and Arsenal!
